Following KRA directive on use of ELECTRONIC TAX INVOICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (TIMS) 

and rollout date being on 1st August 2022, we hereby request you to update /confirm your KRA PIN numbers at the client AREA Section in order for the correct pins to be captured on their invoices.

All automated payments will be followed by a confirmation and NOT a receipt

KRA Compliant receipts will be sent out manually for clients who have KRA pins in our system.
