1 to 12 hrs on Weekdays 

4 to 24 hrs on Weekends / Holidays



At the EAC directory, we take your cyber security seriously. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have noticed a trend in the increase of malware/spyware attacks through email (email spoofing / faking)

We have also noticed an increase in the number of emails sent to us from persons who are not our clients leading to slower support response times. 

As a result, we will only be responding to tickets opened from the client area.
